Packaging

All items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and will be delivered in the beautiful Zefyr gift box, which is created from recycled card and printed with vegetable inks.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. If you have additional questions about your order, please contact us directly by email.

Gift Certificate Terms Of Use

To redeem your gift certificate, just enter your code at the bottom of the Checkout page.
Gift Certificates will be emailed to the recipient upon completion of payment, unless otherwise indicated.

Zefyr Gift Certificates are redeemable at zefyrjewels.com.au only. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed in store or in person.
Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. The Certificate must be used by the date marked on the voucher – check your Certificate to find out when to use it by.

From time to time Zefyr has special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide to you. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Checkout page when finalizing your purchase. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order automatically. Please note only one promotional code may be used per transaction.
